Transcript of hard-hitting O'Falafel Factor interview with Rumsfeld
http://www.foxnews.com/story/0,2933,140349,00.html

BILL O'REILLY: What do you think is the biggest mistake the USA has made in Iraq?

DONALD RUMSFELD: Well, I suppose you could, one looking at it today with 20/20 hindsight, would say it's not anticipating, first of all, not finding WMD's, uh, un, until, apparently it was wrong, or else they're buried or else we'll find out something later. But at the moment it looks like they weren't there. Um, and I suppose the second thing would be uh, more current, would be the fact of, was it possible to better estimate the insurgency? Uh,

BILL O'REILLY: How do we beat them?

DONALD RUMSFELD: Oh, well, it's a test of wills. I mean, they haven't won a single battle the entire time since the end of, of major combat operations.

1. The highlights
"DONALD RUMSFELD: Are there people being killed? Yes. Is it, is it an ugly situation in parts of the country, yes. Is it basically not ugly in most of the country, that's true. If you take the provinces, three-quarters of them are relatively peaceful."

Translation: It's sort of better, in parts of the country. Kind of.

"DONALD RUMSFELD: I generally say roughly what I think."

Translation: I sort of say what I kind of think. Usually.

"BILL O'REILLY: Okay. Um, what did you think about the Pakistani army withdrawing from northwest Pakistan, um, and saying hey, we're not going to look for Osama up there any more, that was pretty bad, that just happened last week.

DONALD RUMSFELD: I don't think it happened. Uh ...

BILL O'REILLY: They said it did.

DONALD RUMSFELD: I know they did. And I don't know who they is, but, I read it.

BILL O'REILLY: The Iraqi, the Pakistani army.

DONALD RUMSFELD: I read it, right, I read it, and I, and I saw a brief interview that was kind of halting in English that sounded somewhat like you said. On the other hand, we've checked with the Iraqi government ...

BILL O'REILLY: The Pakistani government.

DONALD RUMSFELD: I mean, correction, the Pakistani government."

"BILL O'REILLY: Let's hope so. Where is Usama?

DONALD RUMSFELD: Um, you sound like my wife."

"DONALD RUMSFELD: But if you don't know where he is, you don't know where he is. And, and so when people speculate about where they think he is, I say to them, myself, well if you're so smart, person who thinks they know where he is, go find him."

'Person who thinks they know where he is'?! Oh good lord.

4. An Admitted War Criminal

Rumsfailed Admitted to Violating Geneva Convention

Rumsfailed admitted in public on TV that when CIA Director Tenet requested that an Iraqi prisoner be sent to a secret Afghan/US Prison that Rumsfailed did so. After four months a DOD Attorney stated that this was an illegal act. Rumsfailed then ordered that this prisoner be sent back to Abu Graihib but the prisoner was purposefully not listed at that location, also an illegal act. Rumsfeld also admitted to signing orders for tougher interogation methods which violated the Geneva Conventions.

Rumfailed has commited at least three violations of the Geneva Convention thereby also violations of The Constitution of the USA. Recently it has been found out that even more detainees were "ghost detainees". The fact that Rumsfailed and Tenet have not been charged speaks volumes. If Congress wishes to garner any respect they should move forward with Rep. Rangle's Impeachment Declaration of Rumsfailed and also proscecute Ex. CIA Tenet.

=========================
Q: Senator Jack Reed (Dem, RI): "If you were shown
a video of a United States Marine or an American
citizen in control of a foreign power, in a cell block,
naked with a bag over their head, squatting with their
arms uplifted for 45 minutes, would you describe that
as a good interrogation technique or a violation of
the Geneva Convention?"

A: Marine Gen. Peter Pace, the vice chairman of the
Joint Chiefs of Staff: "I would describe it as a violation."

A: Paul D. Wolfowitz, the deputy secretary of defense: "What
you've described to me sounds to me like a violation of the
Geneva Convention."

Does the US, Govt., Congress, and the Justice Dept no longer abide by the Geneva Convention or the Constitution of the USA?
