Previous Position: NSA Adviser
Record: Presided over the greatest security breach in American history, despite having been warned in advance.

New Position -- Secretary of State!!!

Donald Rumsfeld
Previous Position: Secretary of Defense
Record: Essentially authorized torture and will likely find himself facing war crimes charges in a number of foreign jurisdictions.

New Position -- Same as the old one, but with a show of support from above!!
