pro-McCain atty suing OH for fraud: Claims Bush stole 65,000 Kerry votes

Anyone know the status of the Cliff Arnebeck Alliance for Democracy suit mentioned in the above thread (which has link) that he claims shows that 65,000 of Bush's votes migrated from Kerry somehow meaning Kerry would win Ohio by 11,000 votes?
