Has anyone read Greed: The neoconning of America?
It is a 'fictional' account of how the neocons took over the country. The author changed the names, however, she says the stories are true. For example, President BRANCH instead of President BUSH. VP Fore instead of GORE.

I'm working on the first 100 pages and it is a fast entertaining read....

1. Sounds just like AMERICA 2014, where author just slightly changed
names. Good book but not great, but scary because it seems plausible.
