Blue States to get punishment via tax code

Article in the morning papers. No link, but I am sure it's easy enough to find. The gist of it is the new tax code BushCo is contemplating. They want to eliminate the write-offs for state taxes on your federal returns. Of course, who pays those taxes? The vast majority of them come from NY, CT, CA, MA...all the Blue states.

Toe the line or PAY, America! Dissent will cost you.

3. Abolish Federal Disaster Assistance

Instead, create a regional pool to aid disaster victims.

Maybe the idiots who build a house on the same flood plain for the fifth time will either move or put their aluminum trailers on pontoons.

Besides, they want the federal government out of their lives in favor of "state's rights" anyway.
