Kerry Advance Team not getting Paid?????
Scroll down the article.

Not Paid in Advance

There are rumblings that, despite a recent discovery of $15 million in leftover campaign money, some of the Kerry campaign advance team are having trouble getting paid for the last several weeks of the campaign. Worse, many of them have not seen a per diem check since the end of August, we're told, and they do not know when they're going to get paid.

Phone calls apparently don't get returned and, if they do, the mantra is "next week" or "you're on my list."

We'll be checking into this.

1. "Some," "Many of them" (of the "some"), and "apparently?"
Worse than Novak.

I volunteered and met some of the advance team staff. I think I still have a phone number or two, I wonder if I were to call one of them would they talk to me?

If it is true the Senator will be getting a strongly worded letter from me. If it isn't true the letter goes to the Post

4. Poor Kerry. He got criticized for micromanaging, and now that
he looks the other way, he's going to be faulted for this as well.

7. That sounds odd...
The DNC people I know were paid an extra week after being let go after the election. That was nice since a lot of them are out of jobs now.
