Very worried about new "Intelligence Bill" passage

Very worried about new "Intelligence Bill" passage
I believe it contains a bunch of Patriot Act II stuff in it, like the national ID card and such.

And because it was pushed through soooo hastily, I cannot help but suspect that stuff was hidden in there at the last minute.

Just like they did with the latest spending bill approved by Congress in a rush, where Rep. Ernest Istook of Oklahoma (Chairman of the House Appropriations Transportation Subcommittee) snuck in a provision to have any American's tax return reviewed with no restrictions!

Luckily that one was caught but I wonder about this last bill....

Anyone have any insight into this? Anything at all to cheer me up?
