Bush undergoes 4th presidential physical

:grouphug:

WASHINGTON (AP) -- President Bush is undergoing the fourth physical of his presidency after a four-month delay of his usual summertime annual checkup that the White House says has a perfectly benign explanation -- scheduling conflicts.

"The president is someone who remains in great physical shape," White House press secretary Scott McClellan said Friday in previewing Saturday's exam. "Anyone that doubts that can just try to go on a mountain bike ride with him and see."

:grouphug:

When Bush's knees gave out last winter, causing him increasing pain. After nearly three decades of running, he switched to riding a mountain bike.

Because of his disciplined nature, love of exercise and competitive spirit, Bush had no trouble surviving the switch. Those who have biked with him say the president is as aggressive on the trails as he was while jogging.

3. What about that tick in his face?
It was really obvious during the debates. I don't think he was purposefully winking.

33. He can't handle the truth!
It seemed to me every time Kerry pointed out the unmasked truth about the Shrub, it elicited that winking wince, as though Shrub had just been pummeled with an Ali right-hand lead. :)

6. Disciplined nature...? Competitive spirit...?
:puke::puke::puke::puke::puke::puke::puke::puke::puke::puke:

Oh please. The only competition that little bitch can stand is if all the other competitors are eliminated before the event starts.

And as far as the discipline, I read somewhere that * pitches a fit if anyone misplaces his favorite pillow. Real disciplined.

Gods, but I loathe that guy. :grr:

dishonest, led-by-the-ring in his nose by Karl Rove, alcoholic, asswipe, mommy's skirts hider.

Hope that's better for you, because I thoroughly enjoyed that!

"the President."

He could be referring to Bill Clinton, for all we know...

40. The editor of Sports Illustrated said that wind surfing
is one of the most difficult sports-- that it requires tremendous strength, agility, and balance. He was extremely impressed that Kerry was so good at it. It ain't easy.

And I remember the repugs roundly trouncing Kerry for doing it.

Wonder how many of THEM could keep up??

18. He's a fake jock
Just as he's a fake everything else.

In pictures where he's not wearing his carefully tailored suit jackets, it's clear that he has the shoulders, chest, and torso of a man who does little upper-body exercise. That contradicts the claims that he works out with weights regularly.

21. I think biking's hard on your knees too
but I bet Kerry could outsport him "mano a mano!" LOL! Combat vet or
airchair warrior? hmmmm

Not too mention, all the burned grey matter from his wild youth (and middle age.) I don't think you can drink heavily for 24 or 25 years and not suffer some major cell loss.

Remember that they told us that he zooms all around the hills of Crawford?

Sounds like Scottie is trying to suggest that we take a look at him doing the twirls or jumps with the bike.

Bring on Evil Kanevil!

May 23, 2004
Yet another weird story of a injury to Bush . This time he was
mountian biking when he hit dirt allegedly "loosened by rain" even thought there has apperently been no rain in Crawford . What is it with this guy and freak accidents ?

26. "AGGRESSIVE on the trails" -- bwahaha!!
The first time he fell off his bike, they told us he "wasn't whistling show tunes" (translation: he's not gay). Now he's "aggressive" -- so aggressive he has to bike with his physician in tow.

Why doesn't the physician figure out why he keeps falling off his bike, falling off Marine One, and stumbling over his words increasingly badly? Is he falling off the wagon?
