Know your right wing think tanks! (their latest plan.)
Edited on Sun Dec-12-04 09:16 AM by donhakman
To allow pharmaceutical companies unprecedented power to self regulate release of new drugs and control every aspect of the proliferation of products, a "new" idea has been injected into every layer of federal oversight.

Its not new really, it goes back to a plan first sold by the great statesman Danny Quayle. It involves doing an end run around the FDA (should drug companies ever lose control of that agency) and inserting themselves into any oversight of any drug in the NIH or any other bureaucratic institution.

Ombudsmen - is the key to their plan.

If any bureaucrat or scientist has any qualms or disagreements with a pharmaceutical company's course of action, an Ombudsman (political appointee) is to be called in settle the matter which will be designed to drown any dissenter in a sea of paperwork, meetings, hearings and time wasting procedures that would discourage the most valiant crusading voices that often have other work to do.

Last Thursday at 9PM the 51 page single spaced plan was put to the NIH for review and comment. Certain individuals were given 24 hours to respond or forever hold their peace.

This is the parting shot fired by the Tommy Thompson crowd and have had years to cloak their plan in flowery language, while the people who spend their life protecting American health and welfare had but a few hours to respond.

By now I have probably lost most of you here so here is a picture to help you identify the think tanks that are responsible for the corporate control of every aspect of your life.

2. You forgot the PANC
Project for a New American Century. And the Cato is not right wing, it's Libertarian, yes conservative, but not right wing. They were the ones sueing for Chaney's secret energy policy meetings names list (Enron -Lay), along with the Serria Club.

3. Yes, doesn't it freak you out (Democrat) when you find yourself
agreeing with the Right Wing Libertarians.

4. It is beyond time to expose these TAX_EXEMPT "foundations" for what
they really are.

These assholes are considered "reliable sources" by the MSM, and it has to stop.

Love the graphic, you should use that as your sigline!
