Poll question: Do Democrats need to make any changes in their strategy?
With the present discussions going on about purges, DLC, and moving to the "left", what do you think we shoud do as a Party? Do we need to make wholesale changes?

2. Class warfare,
go after the soulless corporations short-changing us on health care, sending jobs to slave labor friendly areas, stealing retirements through stock manipulation, skirting taxes through off shore accounts, and basically forcibly sodomizing our country in the name of their lord.

4. Strategy implies forward thinking.
The Dems used 'strategy' from the 1990's election playbook for the 21st Century.

The changes are not about driving people out as much as making it clear about Democratic mission, vision, and values. If the mission is just to get certain people elected then it is a failed strategy. See Election 2004 for obvious pointers. We have to be able to tell a story with the strategy that encompasses diverse thinking.

5. Being an echo chamber of the GOP is a recipe for disaster
Amazing how the 2004 Democratic platform failed to condemn the Iraq War as a criminal war of aggression and also failed to condemn the GOP for their opposition to marriage equality for gays and lesbians.
