How are other Du'ers dealing with the Repugs you converted, these days?

I keep sending them evidence of Fraud in Ohio/FLA/NM...and how Cobb/Libs are involed in the recount...but I don't think they believe me on this about the "Re-Count/Re-Vote.

I got these folks to switch from Bush to Kerry...but how do I deal with "THEIR PAIN?

Does anyone else have experience on this issue? The Repugs we recruited to vote for Kerry are now "backsliding." But, when I try to point out "Recount" they look at me like I have "two heads" and can't accept the "inevitable." Even though I tell them to "HANG IN,THERE" we are working on getting the recount and send them the "C-Span Tape" of "Conyer's Forum Hearings"...I'm still getting "backtrackers."

We aren't going to convince folks if they think the Chimp is winning..not matter how they see him and agree with us on the Left...it's just too "overwhelming for most." They have their jobs and lifestyles to defend. The Chimp had been good to them..even though their "conscience" brought them over to Kerry...they are "BOLTING BACK" to the Chimp!

Should I blame them? Can I blame them? Where can I give them hope in our Democratic Party that their "momentary lapse..into the Dems" isn't going to cause them "RUIN" in their future...

I'm older than they are...but understand they have to look to their "FUTURE." I'm OKAY...to a certain extent..but they know they have DECADES AHEAD? Privatizing "SS" and "Endless Wars" is "sort of okay" with them as long as it "SECURES THEIR FUTURE."

How can we tell them the REPUGS DON'T GIVE A S*IT ABOUT THEIR FUTURE..in a way they will understand it???

sorry...my tolerance for die-hard Republicans is at all-time low...and my tolerance for "gee...I didn't know I was voting for the bad guy...guess I should pay more attention to the news" converts from the Bush side is even lower...

4. Good Points...I'll pass along. The Kerry consession was what bothered

them...but I keep sending info about the recount/Cobb/Ohio...but I can tell it's hard. We must keep the Repugs we converted...it isn't easy..when they are looking for something strong enough to replace what they left.

And it IS the MEDIA...They don't support us at all. The so-called Liberal Media is the Right Wing Media with shades up from the far left of Fox...but because the RW has driven "Liberal Media" into their brains it's hard...and hard on those of us who are trying to tell them the truth.

One can't always get folks to read Howard Zinn...they aren't ready for that...but the runaway Debt and Bush's irresponsibility brought my three over to Kerry...it's hard to hold them..
