Kerry, would not do this unless there is LEGAL PROOF. I've
been confused why Howard Dean hasn't addressed the issue. 
There is one thing to make accusations without proof.  But, to
show proof!  We do not want to look like sore losers.  

This is not just about whether Kerry lost or won..but the
integrity of OUR elections!  

How many of us have actual proof of voter fraud, except for a
"gut" conviction?

My question is if voter fraud is proven and Kerry lost, what
then?
