Kerik was not dropped for a sex scandal. He was dropped for other things like having employed an illegal immigrant as his maid/nanny. In addition, there was the fact that he accepted gifts that he did not report. Then there was the warrant out for his arrest. So Kerik was mainly dropped due to his maid/nanny. I think he may have also dropped out because he know all these other things would have come out.
