You just know that Bush is going to appoint every fundie judge he can find to fill openings on federal courts, not to mention the supreme court.

All Democratic senators must filibuster each and every appointment. But the Rethugs are talking about changing the rules that a filibuster can be broken by a mere majority of 51. (There are 55 Rethug senators.)

With lunatics ensconced on the federal courts, we can kiss democracy goodbye.

So at what point do we say ENOUGH? And what are we going to do about it? I don't have the answers, but all suggestions are welcome.
