Will Bush allow a Terrorist attack? When will it be?

I've seen a few post here and their stating that they believe Bush would allow or stage another terrorist attack so I'm wondering what everyone is thinking:

This will encourage his fearful sheep to change the laws as necessary to allow him a third term to "keep" us safe again while he pursues the "terrorists" and finally purges them from existence.

He'll then convince the fearful that a draft is the only way to properly protect us and the idiots who voted for him will wholely support it.

6. Once they face the reality that our economy is screwed because

of moronic economic policies and congressional corruption (pork), there will be an attack and they will blame everything on that.

Or if * and Cheney start fearing that legal investigations are knocking too close to their doors. They will do ABSOLUTELY ANYTHING to hang on to power, and I am one that believes that 9/11 itself was either staged or deliberately allowed. And it worked. There's some suspicion around, so they would have to be especially careful, but I do believe they would do it if they thought (a) they could get away with it (again?) and (b) it would serve some important political purpose.

There's no bottom limit with these guys.

It got him everything he could ever want, plus it gave enough cover for him to steal a second term. There is absolutely nothing that can hold him accountable for wrecking the country now. A second attack could only hurt him.
