Pressure state Fish and Game (or Game and Fish, depending) to end the practice of stocking lakes and streams with hatchery fish.

The anglers might become more concerned about the actual health of the waterways, native fish and frogs might be able to recover, and Fish and Game (or Game and Fish) money can then be spent on conservation and restoration of waterways, resulting in more native fish.
