Wow! CNN whomping Bush on intelligence flip flops
Showed how he fought 9/11 commission, and how he opposed intelligence reform.

Now they're going to town on Rumsfeld.

Where were they 2 months ago?

4. Ratings do matter
Did you hear them saying that Democrats are shopping 'blue'. They are all worried since boycotts are very effective. Jesus can't deliver what they love most - money - if people stop supporting them.

17. There was a story about the Blue States Pension Funds have a huge
amount of money to invest and those states can absolutely screw anybody they want by shifting their investments. So bring it on, screw with us, and we will take our billions of dollars in pension money and invest it in Euros. Guaranteed to go up, and f the red states.

3. I stopped watching CNN..................
completely about 4 months ago. I couldn't take their constant whoring for the Idiot Boy in the White House. I'll never watch that channel again either. I don't care if they start calling the illegal usurper every name in the book. It's too late to make up for all their whoring for Bush now, they can kiss my ass.

9. At this point, I don't think there is anything CNN could do
to get me to watch them again. They went so far beyond the pale that it would take a miracle to win me over. All far as I'm concerned they can all rot in Hell.

13. Don't watch them anymore.....
I watch Olbermann & I plan to catch Hardball tonite since someone posted here that Wes Clark was going to be on. But that is about it. I occassionally pop into the website to answer a poll & send another email telling them that I do NOT watch since they don't do news anymore & are one of the most biggest reasons that we have so many people who still believe that Saddam had something to do with 9/11 & that he had WMD. They spread the lies that prop up the rethugs. I will not watch them. Too little, too late.

They just realized that they have lost over 1/2 of their audience by being Presstitutes.

I say...

Guess the election is over and Time-Warner (parent Co. of CNN) has settled on paying the SEC 510 Million dollars as a settlement stemming from the Income Stock/advertising AOL fraud case that the Gov. has been hanging over their heads for the last 1.5 years.

Time Warner Settles AOL Fraud Charges
Thu Dec 16, 7:55 AM ET
Media giant Time Warner Inc. agreed Wednesday to pay $510 million to settle government charges of accounting fraud at its troubled America Online unit, freeing the company to use its stock for acquisitions.

settlement would remove the uncertainty clouding the future of the world's largest entertainment company, accused by regulators of inflating the advertising revenue of its Internet service provider.

Wall Street had been expecting a deal, because Time Warner set aside $500 million last month to resolve problems with the government. Time Warner stock has climbed more than 15% since.

The two-pronged agreement would be with both the Justice Department (news - web sites) and the Securities and Exchange Commission (news -web sites). It must be approved by SEC commissioners.

Wall Street analysts had been prepared a year ago for the accounting debacle to cost Time Warner as much as $4 billion in penalties and litigation. But Chief Executive Richard Parsons took a hard stance with regulators, refusing to admit guilt even though that might have more quickly resolved the investigations.

hit them hard, because I heard someone on CNN say recently that Republicans watch Fox News and Democrats watch CNN. So if the majority of us quit watching, where does that leave them? HAH!

19. Exactly ... never bite the hand that feeds you.
Besides we weren't looking for them to be the "liberal" media outlet. We just wanted honest, unbiased reporting of all relevant news, not the selected news biased to the right.

The stations have to realize that allowing any side to spit out lies without any vetting by them then they're useless to their audience. They need to get off their lazy arses and get to the truth and report it.

and fair. Now it's been confirmed that the Pentagon used them to spread propaganda. Duh. When any of us suggested this to them, they mocked and ridiculed us. I could care less what the say. Ever. They will never rope me in again.

The only way they will get me to watch is if they tell the truth about the election in 2000. And every dishonest thing the * administration has done since that time.

watching any mainstream TV "news."

They are just experiencing a siezure of some kind. Don't worry, it will pass and nothing negative will happen to bushco.

28. I'm with you....
I only bother if I know ahead of time that "certain" person that I admire will be on. Since there are only a couple of those, I just don't watch "news" anymore at all.

I listen to AAR, and don't even like the fact that they use CNN news reports. I also watch CBC (Canadian Broacasting) from time to time....but that's about it. Even C-Span is getting on my nerves!
