Why is the Kerry-Edwards Web site still up?
I click around on it from time to time and granted there is no recent activity... Did they buy the space for the year or month to month??? My hope, and it is misguided, is that they know about the pervasive fraud in the election. But I know that more likely is the space is bought and paid for..... so let it stay up...

1. My guess is Kerry will keep it as a PAC Site
And/or also use the address as his Senate reelection site.

In fact, there was one update/change to the site I noticed. The upper left corner used to say "Kerry/Edwards." Now it says "John Kerry.com," with a different logo.

2. Another thought... I have seen several DU posts in the past
few weeks that indicated that the discussion board was still alive and kicking. It was not taking new users when I went over to join weeks ago, but I have still seen a few DU posts that indicated that the discussion was ongoing. One post indicated that the conversations among the Republicans for Kerry were pretty similar (at that time) to what was going on over here at DU.

I got an e-mail from the Kerry campaign after the election saying they'd made arrangements for supporters to become members there, or words to that effect. Can't find the e-mail now. I registered, but never posted there. Found DU first, and there're only so many hours in the day.

On edit: spelling

3. Kerry was going to keep it as Prez. I'm sure he will keep it now because

I doubt he wants someone else using JohnKerry.com.

I just wish he would start using it to communicate with us.

Hopefully, after the Christmas break and things get rolling again, he will.

9. It was his Senate re-election site too. It's been there a while.
Let me go get a link from the Wayback Machine. You can see what it used to look like if you wanna.

Hrmmm.

Anyway, when they're up and running, if the above link, which looks broken to me, doesn't work witha cut and paste, just do a google search for "The Wayback Machine."

At the moment they appear to be having server problems.
