1. I second that, Matcom....Wellstone is sorely missed by real patriots.
Someone needs to find a way to make our votes count again, so we can get rid of all the Dems that are being sucked into the rightwing vacuum cleaner bag. We need some strong Dems who can hold their ground on populist issues.....which the current batch of Dems DON'T DO!

There is currently no power faction in the legislative branch that is looking out for WE, THE PEOPLE....they're only looking out for corporate interests.

Well, I take that back: the Congressional Black Caucus in the House is primarily looking out for us; and Cynthia McKinney heading back to the House should be a wonderful addition to that support. But they aren't really given any voice by the MSM.

The big corporations have taken over the entire country; our ELECTIONS, our media, our military, our water supplies, our prisons, our schools, our roads, our courts, our drug/food safety, etc. This needs to be stopped, for the good of the entire world. The majority of the Dems currently in the legislature are DINOs, and we need to REPLACE them in the 2006 primaries with some genuine POPULIST candidates. EVERY ONE OF THEM...to send the message loud and clear. Even a great many middle-of-the road republicans and independents would jump on the chance to have a candidate who is looking out for their personal interests. Our DINO Dems don't 'get it'.

:kick::kick::kick:
