we need to stop being the party of presidential elections and be a party about grassroots and building up.

4. Don't worry, I've already told my senator I'll volunteer for his

reelection campaign. Starts in January. I know full well that he (Mark Dayton) is one of the top three, if not THE most vulnerable Democratic Senate seat. But I'm ready to volunteer for him starting January, and I'm going down to Virginia to volunteer for the governor's race next summer, too. I've got a few state reps. and sens. that I'll be volunteering for, too. I'm definitely not concentrating on just 2008. ;)

6. He approved Ashcroft. Really poor judgement.

Then being the lone guy voting against the Patriot act just made him look like he was trying to make up for screwing up the first time around.


He's sort of a lone voter, a contrarian, like McCain, or Lieberman - and I don't really like that. Give me a party line Dem who knows how to work as a team player any day of the week.
