Sorry. As much as I love Chimp bashing for fun and profit, there's no there there. Bush is just doing his mister regular guy act, looking down at this shoes while he's stumbling for his next incoherency. The "mumbling" is no different than anyone else, like your dear ol' pappy, stumbling for words. Sometimes we can be too hypercritical on the Chimpster. It's usually deserved, but considering how really awful the rest of the speech was, this doesn't rate evan a 2 on the Bush Buffoon-O-Meter (he gets a 1 just for showing up).

You're right to feel creeped out by this behavior. It disturbs me more than just about anything.

Bush does this consistently, and IT'S AN INDICATION OF SOME TYPE OF MENTAL ILLNESS. Often associated with schizophrenia, but I don't think that's what's going on with Bush. Something else, entirely. Schizotypal? Organic brain disorder? Whatever it is, it's pathological.

He should be monitored and should not be in a position of power. Instead, he is taking this country and this planet over a cliff.

Please, why won't someone listen??
