Bush is going to "renominate" those 10 judges that were too radical...
in his first term. What does this say to the Democrats? We are going to shove our judges and our agenda down your throat, whether you like it or not. You chickenshits can make up your mind what you want to do. Either you are with me or you are against me. Will the Democrats pick up the hint??????????

Among the candidates the president said on Thursday he would renominate is William J. Haynes IV, the Pentagon's general counsel, who has been deeply embroiled in controversy over memorandums he wrote or supervised that secretly authorized harsh treatment, even torture, for detainees held at Guantánamo Bay, Cuba, and in Iraq. Mr. Haynes's nomination to the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit, based in Richmond, Va., was suspended when the issue erupted and he was asked by the Judiciary Committee to provide material about his role in the issue and failed to do so.

Other candidates Mr. Bush said would be renominated who had been blocked by Democrats include Priscilla R. Owen of Texas, William H. Pryor Jr. of Alabama and Janice Rogers Brown of California.

If there is one thing that sickens me, it's these whacked out nut-cases that the lying killer-in-chief seems obsessed with. This could be a very violent four years. Thanks Mr. uniter.

I guess this is another reason that Kerry needs to take a lesson from Washington State --

Demand that every vote be counted -- no excuses JUST do it.

Also the all the votes in New Mexico need to be recounted and reexamined.

Bush did not win -- now how do we convince the democratic Senators of this fact? The SOB stole another election and votes for Kerry were switched to make it appear that bushie won the popular vote -- to give the frat boy a man date.

10. Of Course
He is resubmitting them. Bush is like the classic spoiled child, he just does whatever it takes to get his way. Thats whats important, not whats best, not whats true but to get his way, just the fact he was denied this, he sees as an insult and he will by golly have...his...way

13. We're down 10 senate seats and in deep shit
Destroying a fillibuster is much easier to do when you have 6 new partisan partisan hack senators in seats that used to be held by dems.
