Will Yushchenko be a political ally of Bush? |
|
Will he be in the White House doing photo ops soon? Will he be a FOB (Friend of Bush) like Tony Blair or the Japanese/Australian Prime Ministers? Or will he be more like other European leaders?

3. Doubtful....He'll probably side with Europe before he sides with Bush |

He has much stronger connections to European leaders and European governments than he does Bush. In fact, I'm pretty sure that he has openly supported pulling the few Ukranian troops out of Iraq, but I don't have a link to back that up at the moment.
That's not to say he will ignore America. He'll probably have closer connections to America than Yanukovich would, which is ironic because Yanukovich would follow the current government and keep Ukranian troops in Iraq.
I think the whole reason Bush is supporting him is because him and his PNAC friends in the administration want to limit the power of Putin and Russia.
