that he is not sharing with the rest of the Democrat party. I guess he has this huge list of donors. I it could be a major asset for the whole Democrat party.

To a federal campaign or DNC, I think. He cannot use it for himself, although it looks like he is doing that.
Is he letting Edwards do the same?
He needs to let this be shared.

It is the DEMOCRATIC party, and your use of it will cause some to be suspicious (PERHAPS wrongly so) of your party affiliation.

I'm guessing when we signed up there was a privacy notice saying they wouldn't share or sell it, in which case it would certainly be illegal for him to violate that policy now.
