Do Democratic Congress & Senate members even know about the vote fraud? |
|
Has anyone heard a Democratic Senator or Congressman talking about the situation? From the way they're conducting business, something tells me that they don't even know about the discrepancies that occured in Ohio and Florida. They are already making plans to push us further to the right, i.e., abortion rights, gay marriage, etc. Yet they are totally silent about reforming our elections. It wouldn't be surprising since it seems they are always the last to know about things--like on interviews when they're asked about major breaking news but don't know about it yet.

1. Good point. They must know, but |
|
they probably don't want to feed themselves to the Murdoch smear machine, which would ridicule and endlessly repeat any soundbite they could distort into sounding nutty or "unpatriotic."

2. You are correct. Although so many have now been emailed... |
|
One would have to believe that some do know. Thousands of emails have been sent by now. Some do know that something went wrong, some, those that are more curious then others, probably know quite a bit and perhaps do not want to "rock the boat". Contesting on Jan.6th, is going to take courage as is being involved with this at any level, for an elected official. This is a huge unraveling - and whether they like or do not like the Bush administration, the consequences of the world discovering fraud in the American electoral system (and has been since 2000- which some do already know), is HUGE. Some might not be ready for the challenge and for dealing with whatever comes next. Others, frankly, might be afraid of what could happen to them personally- remember, these are not "nice people" that we are talking about discrediting. Mike Malloyo on AAR, a few weeks ago said the reason Senators will not contest is because they value their lives, their families, their homes and their jobs. Someone recently reminded me about what happened to Paul Wellstone, who many believe did not have an "accidental" plane crash.
Time will tell. We can only do what we can to let the world know and be ready to face, whatever happens, once the truth comes out. And it will. It has no choice.

3. The congress critters know about Ohio |
|
You assume that the reason they don't do anything is because they don't know. They know and the reason they don't say a word is because the WHOLE PROCESS is corrupt including them. From the campaign finance to the voting process.
People in glass houses don't throw stones. There is plenty of dirt in both parties concerning the voting process and fraud. They don't want to turn over too many stones because the stone that gets turned over might be theirs.

4. They are looking to John Kerry and the DNC for |
|
guidance on this matter. Since Kerry apparently believes there was no fraud, just mistakes and machine errors, then they are not going to believe there was any substantial election fraud enough to change the election.
