15. It used to be "most trusted name in news". Not anymore. BTW,

when I see CNN International when I'moutside the U.S., I notice that it's much more like CNN (the real news station) used to be.

And, of course, BBC is great.

But then, the BBC channel in the U. S. is not as good as the BBC channel outside the U. S. Guess they had to "dumb it down" for Americans.

It's so sad, I'm a real news junkie and it's gotten so hard to find real, authentic news information anymore. The Internet is great but it's hard to use when I'm driving in my car, or doing the ironing, etc.

20. Glad the election is over

I was somewhat addicted to the cable news stations (DU as well) and found myself swearing at the TV -- especially when tuned into CNN. Wolf Blitzer and Candy Crispy Cream seemed to be employees of the Bushco re-election team. Judy Woodruff just loved to bash Kerry and was reporting that the election was over in early September. Now, I don't even turn on CNN and my life is so much better. I have long advocated that we boycott CNN and their advertisers. It is a given that we do the same for Faux.
