2. Dean deserves it, I am so tired of lackey DINOs
He is the only one to speak out, sissy kerry followed Dr. Deans lead and then dropped the ball.

BTW, I feel so abandoned by the Dem party I plan to change my party affiliation on my voter registration to either Independent or maybe even Republican. I am not sure the best course of action today wouldnt be to develop a moderate wing of the GOP! Seriously the democratic party for all intents and purposes is IMO dead.

3. In a word, no.
He doesn't have the following or the ability to unite the party, IMO.

4. I think our party's united enough
thanks to George W. Bush.

Now it's time to ENERGIZE our party. We need charisma and conviction.......and balls. Dean has all of that.

5. Absolutely
The party needs to be energized and re-organized.

If they elect another DLCer, such as Roemer, there's no reason to be a Democrat anymore. And I'll be joining a third party!

6. of all the possibilities
Dean is the ONLY choice. If we are to REMAIN Democrats, true to our core beliefs, then we have no other choice. I don't want to be a member of a party that continues to move right and kowtows to corporate bigwigs. Without Dean I feel we have no future. I too may be changing my affiliation - I will not be a rethug however. I will be independent or Green even. I will not lower myself to become a member of a party that has elected such a despicable human being to the most important position on our planet.

7. Yes...
I like to believe that Howard Dean will do something that no other will do. Like his presidential campaign did, he will raise money at the grassroots level. If he does this, then the Democratic Party will again be a populist-type party.

You can bet that he scares the hell out of the Dems who rely on corporate donations.
