When politics drives judicial decisions where does Democracy come in? |
|
With a majority repug party judicial system , what chance does election law have? What chance does Democracy have? Yesterday's decision by justice Moyer, shows the attitude of the repug legal system, law, Democracy be damned. If they pull this off, and it looks like a lock, Democracy is over.

Why, they said themselves that they're all strict constructionists. Or did they say "obstructionists" when it suits them.
