Kind of makes you wonder about Dick Cheney and where the hell he's been all month since the Afghanistan inauguration... He's been MIA. I wonder if his super secretive energy task force has anything to do with this.

Where many Russian lives have been saved by knowing, and heeding, these warnings from our animal world counterparts; Western world peoples are still ignorant to their significance, and in fact live under a system that teaches their children a form of disassociation from animal warnings also.

Cheney's record speaks volumes by itself, but you also got his mysterious absense the last 3 weeks since Karzai even though his wife was highly visible at the Whitehouse, Rumsfeld sneaking off to sell arms to India and Pakistan after the Kuwait debacle, the Iran earthquake was exactly a year to the day before this one, just one too many coincidences.

Beijing has been soaked in dense fog since Tuesday afternoon and a greater part of China was shrouded in mist Wednesday.
The visibility in the city was less than one kilometer Wednesday morning and five of the eight expressways were closed temporarily due to the heaviest fog this winter.
The heavy fog is looming over most of northern China, southwestern China, northeast China's Liaoning Province and the lower reaches of the Yangtze River, according to the Central Meteorological Station (CMS) Wednesday.
In some areas of north, central and east China, the visibility is only 100 to 200 meters with the air quality rapidly deteriorating, said Yang Keming, senior engineer of the CMS.
A mass of fog with an area of approximately 217,000 sq km covered up Beijing and Tianjin municipalities, parts of east China's Shandong Province and north China's Hebei Province Tuesday evening, which was monitored by the weather satellite, Yang said.
He went on to explain that the unusual heavy fog resulted from a humid and warm air currents from the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau in the past few days, relatively cold weather and gentle wind over these regions.
The foggy weather will continue until Saturday when a cold front is expected to arrive causing snow, rain and strong winds blowing off the fog, Yang added.
The possible four days of misty weather have made Beijing harder still to realize its goal of having 18 days of clear blue sky with good air quality this month.

A heavy fog has unexpectedly blanked a greater part of China since Tuesday afternoon, disturbing traffic and polluting the air.

Visibility in the above mentioned regions is less than 400 meters, with the lowest being 10 meters.
CMS expert Yang Keming said that a combined area of 217,000 sq km was affected by the fog. A satellite chart released by CMS Thursday morning shows that north China is still shrouded in mist.

The daily report on air quality in 47 major Chinese cities released by the China Environmental Monitoring Station shows that the number of cities reporting air pollution due to the fog "particulate" has increased drastically in the past three days. Andthe number of patients suffering from respiratory diseases also climbed in the fog-hit regions.
Meanwhile, air, railway and expressway traffic were also seriously affected. The visibility in the Chinese capital Beijing was less than one km Wednesday morning and five of the eight expressways were closed temporarily because of the fog. Automobiles moved slowly in its city proper and numerous flights were postponed or canceled. Similar haphazard also appeared in other fog-shrouded regions such as Liaoning province, east China'sShandong and Jiangsu provinces and Tianjin Municipality in north China.
The prices of fresh vegetable in some regions also climbed temporarily due to baffled cargo transportation.
So far, traffic, power and commerce administrations as well as hospitals in the fog-blanketed regions have taken a range of substantial, emergency measures to reduce the negative effects of the fog.

imo article isn't very coherent. It's more suggestive then explanatory.

What they hadn’t expected to happen though has been the large scale occurrences of this over the past few weeks, to include China on December 2nd and 14th and then India on the 21st, which is due to both China’s and India’s reliance on fossil fuels and the continuing degradation of their air quality."

First it is suggested that aerosol particles are caused by cosmic ray blasts, and contribute to large fog banks in China. Then it concludes the large fog banks are caused by "China’s and India’s reliance on fossil fuels and the continuing degradation of their air quality."

Then it continues with attributing freak weather events to these cosmic ray blasts.

Also it is suggested that there's some correlation between thoccurrencece of "global events relating to atmospheric explosions of inbound meteors" and these cosmic ray blasts. But it doesn't mention which global events those are.
I do know however that "atmospheric explosions of inbound meteors" aren't that unusual, regardless of whatever "global events" or cosmic ray blasts.

Then it ends with the assertion that we are "facing a type of global cataclysmic event buried in our common geological past". How did we get from cosmic ray blasts to our "common geological past" - and why *common* geological past?
Imo the article creates more confusion then enlightenment.

Also it seems to lean heavily on "Russian research", which is known to be associated with wild claims about ESP. It seems that in Russiacharlatansns have it easier getting away with claiming to be scientists.
