12. Ya know, the Hogan's Heroes litmus test would be a
good one to hang them with. Is that their test of humane treatment? Will they apply the same test in our prison system here under Gonzalez as AG? The standards under the Geneva Conventions is supposed to be the same as for our own justice system.

The Hogan's Heroes litmus test for torture.

I learned the definition of torture depends on whether you are a torturer or a torturee.
