OMG Chris Matthews just had a moment of zen |
|
Edited on Wed Feb-02-05 11:42 PM by neoteric lefty
He just had a possionate exchange about how the American people are NOT seeing the true price of this war for our boys and girls. He talked about the 10,000+ wounded soldiers from this war. He talked about how the media is too squeemish to show all the tragic events happening. It was brief, but I was very suprised.

22. I think I've had a revelation...Chris M. likes to be on the side of |
|
whoever wins. I know other people like that, too. I guess he thinks it makes him always look like a winner. It just makes him look like an ass.

except for Reagan. I think they have to let him on personally because of how much respect they have for his father. Which is kinda funny I think.

"Everything is Free", Gillian Welch.
Everything is free now, That's what they say. Everything I ever done, Gonna give it away. Someone hit the big score, They figured it out, That we're gonna do it anyway, Even if doesn't pay.

because he bashed John Kerry all through the campaign. So busy making himself look cool--look what he helped create.

28. Actually, he had many moments during the campaign where he reamed on |
|
stupid republicans who didn't do their homework. But like many have said on this thread, he's very inconsistent. It's funny when he starts attacking someone because it's so out of the blue. I think he did vote for Kerry, but I bet he'd never admit it for career reasons.
Too bad he's such a Repug brown noser the other 90% of the time. That's why I stopped watching him.

12. I'm thinking...bi-polar! I couldn't believe it myself! |
|
I loved it when he stood Joe "Blowhard" Scumbag down and completely backed Ron Reagan's point of view! I was stunned! Something pissed Matthews off and he actually experienced a "real" moment for a change! I'm almost tempted to send him a line or two telling him I liked what I saw!
