I missed it. What was the significance of the purple thumbs? |
|
Shouldn't the GOP have red ink on their hands?

2. I did not watch but I listened |
|
to the rhetoric this morning on the talk show circuit.
I think it was in support of the Iraq finger print ink-blot stain in support of the Iraq vote. They all had to be finger printed before voting.

The repukes are juveniles. Support "free" elections in U.S. occupied Iraq and trash an American War Hero at home.

4. If they wanted to honor them .... |

they should have lopped them off, as that is what will happen to many.

5. Cowards trying to cloak themselves in someone else's bravery |

SOP for the GOP. If someone does something brave, the GOP will grab the symbol and pretend the noble act was their own. It represents the purple dye Iraqi voters dipped their fingers into after voting as a hedge against voter misconduct.
Naturally, in their own country, the GOP is completely against any measures that would provide an audit trail for voting, preferring the magic of their little black ballot boxes to deliver the good news of the will of the people to their slaves.

If they're so noble and want to really show solidarity, they (or their kids) should be in Iraq.

'Purple heart band-aides'.
And now there are 'Purple thumbs'.
They look SO stupid. Can they not see themselves?

Let them tell it, and they were demonstrating solidarity with the Iraqis that voted on Sunday who also dipped their fingers in purple indelible ink. Just a cheap stunt really...

9. Based on the GOP's fiscal irresponsibility I still think |
|
they should have used red ink on their hands. Just my opinion.

voter fraud. It's not likely that anyone there was registered to vote in Iraq, but apparently they did.
