New RNC Chairman reads SS "talking points", almost Verbatim, on TOTN
I just re-listened to today's NPR -- Talk of the Nation, and today's first segment was very "enlightening."

If you have the "Republican/Bush Administration Sales booklet" for the "Selling" *'s Social Security demolition plan, that recently was posted at RawStory.com,
<http://rawstory.rawprint.com/105/social_security_1.php>
you can almost read along with Ken Melman, as he whores this new * "product."

He paraphrased most of it, but, how many "Talking Points" (page 1 and 2) can you pick out? Some of it comes from the "Key Recommendations..." section of "Communicating Social Security Reform" pages (pages 3,4,and 5).

State of the Union, and 2005 Preview

<http://www.npr.org/templates/story/story.php?storyId=4484734>

Talk of the Nation, February 3, 2005 · President George Bush has had a good year so far -- so what's next? That's what the State of the Union Address is all about. We have a discussion about what to expect from the Bush Administration in 2005.

Guests:

(RNC Chairman Ken Melman is un-listed)

Ken Mehlman, chairman, Republican National Committee

Jonah Goldberg, editor, National Review Online

Note: Jonah Goldberg, editor of National Review Online, makes some startling admissions, re:the Gay Marriage Amendment/Social Security Reform "Bate and Switch," that could be VERY damaging to the "Conservative Movement" if it some how got posted to one of the more Reactionary Republican Chat boards or "news" sources. Hint, hint, hint...:think:
