oh what a pickly pickle faux news finds themselves in...
How many red state farmers/faux news lovers voted for * and are now receiveing the big ZERO from POTUS in return? How does faux/gop tv keep all the sheeples happy with these outrageous budget proposals?

Oh the irony is all too much. GWB has given us the biggest gift! We had better seize this opportunity toot suite.

BWAHAHAHAHAHA

Even the San Antonio express news isn't happy with his limiting funding for border patrols. Heaping it on the states.

2. It's time they all figured out that it isn't the spending.
It's the loss of revenue. The neocons are attempting to bankrupt the nation in order to justify dismantling the social infrastructure. Bush is the first President to decrease revenues while increasing spending in his first term. Now he is trying to decrease revenues even more by making the tax cuts permanent.

4. and its all so glaring that
even Fuax News is going to have to deal with it at some level. It's going to be really interesting to see what they do with this. They could actually lame duck the guy and start pulling away and shifting focus to the repub legislators. Who knows...

3. Do you really think they're paying attention?
If they were, they'd have voted on substance, not rhetoric.

I'm living in Iowa, and I'm here to tell you: they don't care. They've won the privilege of the death of the thousand cuts by Bush. At least none of them there lib'ruls are runnin' things.

6. I think Rove has screwed the pooch. He hit the "eject" button too soon!
Fact is, the nation wasn't ready yet for such draconian cuts. He could have eased into it over the next four years and been dramatically successful with the Norquist doctrine of federal economics, removing any vestige of social programs completely within the next decade.

Fortunately for us, Rove and the rest of the BFEE got too greedy and wanted it all right now. This is going to bite them in the ass hard.

Years from now, the Democrats will be able to point to the Social Security scam and this budget as the turning point.
