elections seemed to be so successful. If you've watched the MSM for any period of time lately, the talking heads are criticizing the "minority" who insist Iraq is a disaster. They're talking about how we're winning and the resistance is shrinking! I found it hard to believe, but was stupid enough to believe it and be happy for about a minute or so before running home to look for stuff on DU, etc.

My point: Many soldiers are saying stuff like "they've never attacked us when we expected it. Why would they start now?" Lots of good stuff there... from people who know what they're talking about and see it all.
