Brady (D-Pa) has to wear Pats football helmet all day today

U.S. Representative Robert Brady (news, bio, voting record) (D-PA) (L) jokes with Representative Marty Meehan (news, bio, voting record) (D-MA) (R) while wearing a New England Patriots helmet into the U.S. Capitol as he paid off bet over the Super Bowl lost to Meehan in Washington, February 10, 2005. Brady agreed to wear a Patriots helmet into the Capitol for a vote by the House of Representatives if the Patriots defeated the Philadelhia Eagles in Super Bowl XXXIX. The Patriots defeated the Eagles 24-21. REUTERS/Micah Walter
