Check it: Wead-Weed gate is just a cover for Gannongate |
|
And a way to human Bush up in front of the rest (Non hyperventilating Christian moralists) of America.
The news media can focus on it for a few months till the people forget.
CBS will be the only ones reporting the most important facts that Gannon worked so closely with the Republicans in the SD Senatorial race that the FEC was called to investigate.
And they will be smashed again.
If we don't take up the hue and cry like the Republicans do and go hit the mixed boards with our arguments, ideas, and concerns.
Today is a holiday. Get out as early as possible for best effect.

1. They provided a new reality for us to study. A more palatable one |

''We're an empire now, and when we act, we create our own reality. And while you're studying that reality -- judiciously, as you will -- we'll act again, creating other new realities, which you can study too, and that's how things will sort out. We're history's actors . . . and you, all of you, will be left to just study what we do.'' Bush aide to Ron Suskind

4. Note: No mention of cocaine use...or Gary Webb's War on Drugs |

either. The Bush 'War on Drugs' was a joke, and a very bad one indeed. Nobody's laughing.

7. Weed-gate is a Rovian-concocted publicity stunt... |
|
It's just so obvious, it's pathetic.
These "tapes" made by a Bush "friend" are a Karl Rove propaganda tool, designed to manufacturer non-news when scandal erupts.
They need a diversion--something to keep the media busy until the Gannongate chaos dies down. Also, Bush's SocSec plan isn't selling.
The biggest joke of these tapes? They actually want us to believe that behind closed doors--when the cameras are turned off and when Bush's darkest secrets emerge--the best he can muster is a negative comment about Al Gore and an if-y pot-smoking experience that happened decades ago.
Ya see folks...that's how saintly Shrubbie is. He's just a regular guy, with regular feelings and an occasional hint of anger toward a political opponent. Nothing to see here but saintliness and a real human being with hopes, dreams, human emotions and some regret about smoking a little pot.
How dumb do they think we are?
