7. I can agree with that...

but I think the Bushes are more ignorant than doing it on purpose. I think Laura at least pretends to be polite, and had she known she would have taken the gloves off for a few minutes. I do, however, think they are VERY lazy in terms of curiosity and eagerness to know different customs--they should have known--which is bad in itself.

There are just so many more important things CNN can be telling us about. Like, why Robert Novak isn't in prison for exposing an undercover CIA operative, etc.

All of this is planned. The Bushes may be assholes but they are and have been rich people. They HAVE the upbringing to know when to take the gloves off.
