4. I am decidedly not a MoDo fan
... even though I did enjoy her column today.

She drifts with the prevailing political wind. The alacrity with which she pushed the Whitewater non-scandal and the Lewinsky flap was nausea-inducing -- and she has never apologized for pushing the phony meme about hillary Clinton's "gift registry." On that latter point, I suspect that one of her "sources" completely shafter her.

3. Watching the roundtable now.
Modo is great so far. Brought up the "male prostitute ringer" in the WH press corps. Saphire upset with * for "wimping out" against Putin. Modo asked whether Iraq election has brought about the desired democratic elections in other ME states, says she is old fashioned, she believes the president should tell the American people the truth before going to war, that we may fall into an end justifies the means trap. Modo brought up the outfit Condiliar war in Germany - Secretary of Stiletto theme. Talking about Hilary the Hawk - distancing herself from Dean and the "democratic party" (not Modo). Interesting discussion so far. Not the usual hate filled rhetoric.
