He said something like - AARP supports gay marriage, and they took action on it in Ohio. Claims AARP is duping its own members as to where it stands on the issues. Judy - clueless - just took this at face value and let it go unchallenged. What does the viewer conclude? Wow. AARP supports gay marriage and was active on the issue in Ohio. Wow. AARP is duping its members.

BUT HERE IS THE TRUTH:

The AARP has no position on same-sex marriage, although the Ohio chapter of the group opposed amending that state's constitution to ban gay marriage last November saying that the amendment was so badly worded it would impact older straight couples who lived together but were not married.
