I do NOT want Roachman Delay to step down
I want to see all the crap that he's responsible for continue to get dumped on his lizard head. I want his filthy clothes covered with shit. And I want him to stay right where he is. I want him to remain in the house, bullying members of own party to stick with him (what a shitty proposition). The exposure should continue. The investigations should continue.

Make the cockaroach a pariah, but keep him right where he is, and make the 2006 congressional races a referendum on Delay.

Am I way off base?

1. You're right on the money
except have him indicted by both Texas and federal grand juries around 10/1/2006

2. Unfortunately, and IMHO, his district will remain pug.
Ergo, there are 2 ways for him to be gone.
1. Resignation ala gingrich or Wright
2. Defeat in a primary in 2006
Just my take on the situation.
Of course, he could remain in the House after being ousted as a party "leader".

3. I'd just like to know who Delay ticked off in the Bush junta --
-- none of his current troubles would be happening without their blessing -- and who are they planning to replace him with? From experience, the replacement is always ten thousand times worse than the replaced.

That said, it's nice to see sweat finally appearing on the brow of this human roach.
