1. Thanks for posting! Is there a URL for this EXACT page? Whenever I go to
the c-span homepage at http://www.c-span.org , I get lost--it's too confusing.

If there is one URL that has the schedules for all three C-Span channels, I could put it in my "FAVORITES", and avoid the probelm of finding out about things I would have wanted to see AFTER they're over.

I hate going on e-mail lists. Did this come to you via e-mail? Usually, every e-mail from a listserv has an unchanging URL that you're supposed to go to if you can't read the whole message. THAT's the one I want for C-SPAN's full schedule update.

It would be a good URL to have on the DU homepage, too, along with http://www.buzzflash.com and other sources of real news.

2. It takes some getting used to
Edited on Mon Mar-28-05 11:47 PM by paineinthearse
As you did, go to www.cspan.org

Towards the top-right corner is a link to TV SCHEDULES.

Or just add this to your favorites -
http://inside.c-spanarchives.org:8080/cspan/schedule.csp

Hope that helps.

Daniel Goure will argue that a larger army is not needed and that the army must invest in new technologies rather than add new soldiers.

Washington, District of Columbia (United States)

Martin, Robert, Director, Institute of Museum and Library Services
De Kerckhove, Derrick, Visiting Scholar, Kluge (John W.) Center, Education
Weinberger, David, Research Fellow, Harvard Law School, Berkman Center for Internet & Society
Marcum, Deanna, Associate Librarian, Library of Congress, Library Services

Scholars talked about the gathering and dissemination of information through Internet web logs, or “blogs.” Among the issues they addressed were the accuracy and speed of information retrieval, public access to digitized information, various sources of information on the Internet, and the potential impact of the media on news reporting. Following their remarks they answered questions from the audience.
The series "Managing Knowledge and Creativity in a Digital Context" examined how the digital age was changing the most basic ways information is organized and classified and to educate the public on the influence of the digital age on their lives. Programs include a featured speaker, followed by a panel discussion, and a question and answer session with the audience at the venue, and C-SPAN television viewers who asked questions by electronic mail.
