Listening to him when picking up my son and he was ranting and raving about impeaching Judge Greer. Talking about the U.S. Constitution providing impeachment proceedings against judges if they don't follow the law.

Naturally he doesn't know what he is talking about. State judges are not covered by the U.S. Constitution.

Then he had that imbecile Terr'i' Randall on his show.

He plays to the simple-minded, reads his target audience and crafts his one-dimensional msg's and topics with skill and precision. It's made him very well off, in talk radio you're controversial or you're unemployed.
Yes, he's amoral in the same way Adolph and Josef were, but he's simply carrying on a time honored tradition IMO. He lives in a wild west capitalist society where winning is everything and the only rule is the slow dog gets eaten by the quick one. He's certainly stinking up the sandbox called America, but there's a LOT of turds in our box and a lot of cats with shit-eatin' grins. Been this way as long as I can remember, back to the weasely war criminal we called tricky Dick. I think you have nailed it. He appeals to the dark and stupid side of humanity and they suck it up.

It's all about the money. He's an entertainer who makes his money on the backs of the uninformed and unenlightend. Big bucks there. The more outrageous he is the more his listeners love it. His words validate those unspoken fears and hates that most of us in our right minds see as something to rise above and overcome. No one gets out of the cat box listening to Savage.
