Falwell and erring on the side of life
If Falwell ends up on a feeding tube let us all pray that God does not take his son and that he lies in a hospice hooked to a tube for another 40 or 50 years, draining any and all financial assets his family and his church may have. It is only Christian that we say such a prayer. Eventually, Jerry will die "naturally" as God intended. Praise the Lord!

4. That's what he wants. Supposedly has a living will to keep him "alive"
Edited on Tue Mar-29-05 03:21 PM by grumpy old fart
In an interview with CNN he said:

"But I've already given my living will. Don't you dare pull the plug on me. I want to wake up in 14 years and say, "What day is it? What time is it?"

6. Is it necessary
to gloat over the pain and suffering of another human being?

Was it not unseemly and disgusting when Freepers were joyous over the prospect that Clinton might die in surgery?

8. No gloating here
Pain and suffering are parts of life, however to be consistent, Conservatives must do everything they can to keep their own "alive" and on this earth until God chooses to take their own. Damn the financial ruination. I urge you to pray that Falwell be cared for the way Christians want him to be cared for. I fail to see the similarity of me praying for someone to live and conservatives hoping another dies. Actually, that's quite a notion isn't it? Those who value life, "joyous" over the prospect of someone dying.
