FReep thread cracking me up
http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/f-chat/1373103/posts

It's on the unholy union between DU and the libertarians, and it's pure comedy....

"II. They both want Hillary Clinton to be President in 2008

For the insanely delusional Dummies Hillary Clinton is the savior of the dying liberalism in America. They want her to be President so she can implement every socialist, communist, and left wing liberal idea ever devised. Of course Hillary will be crushed in the 2008 Presidential election that if she won the nomination of the Democrat party in the first place, but the insanely delusional Dummies do not have the brain to understand that an ultra left wing person like Hillary can never be President of the United States no matter how she tries to fool the general public that she is not this an extreme left winger.

For the Loonies, they will vote for Hillary Clinton because she mentioned that she will do something about illegal immigration. Despite the fact that they know she is lying about it, this fringe minority of phony conservatives will vote for her. And they will do so because the vast majority of them do not vote Republicans, and in their insanely delusional mind they want the Republican party to be defeated so they will be the real conservative party in America where they are going to win election after another."

Wow, I had no idea that we all support Hillary for president! Learn something every day!

But part of me wants to see her win just so I can see the reaction from the Freepers.

13. She'd be assassinated before she took the oath of office
That's how much the insane clowns over at FR hate her. It's visceral.
It's completely unreasoning. If they actually had a scrap of reason, they'd know she's a very conservative DLC Democrat. Instead, they try to pretend she's a combination communist, Jezebel, and Mata Hari.

If she wants to run, that's up to her but she hasn't done a thing to earn my vote. I'm not going to bash her, I just don't think she would make a good president.

Another similarity is that we both hate Jews and Israel, according to this thread.

Who knew?

Also:

"The dems are haunted by Willie and terrified of him because they know his filth and corruption. The recent dem ranting about "no proof of a connection between Saddam/Iraq and 9-11/OBL" had nothing to do with the war or Iraq. It was a attempt to divert attention by the dems so that no one would suggest what they already knew to be fact, that Willie had long been involved with OBL, the Saudis and Saddam and had profited mightily from Iraqi oil money. Hatred of W continues to be diversion from the further damage that the dems KNOW Willie can do to them!!"

Damn, he's right!

I'm a self-hating Democrat.

NOT!

36. Really it is small l libertarian
that they are upset for. Small l libertarians are on all sides. FR is full of people who love authortarianism. So free thinkers outside of the "party line" are frowned on.

FR even had that recent purging for conservatives who would not toe the W party line.

posting absurdities, saying that we here at DU are gaga for Hillary.

I've never really cared too much, nor have I seen anything from her that has gotten me motivated to support her. The only thing that I really like is how much they hate her, she gets my appreciation for that. I could only hope that if she were elected, there would be the faint sound similar to popcorn popping. Which of course would be FReepers hearts exploding across the nation bwahahahahahahahahahah

Hillary is WAY too far to the right, IMHO. To much of a corporate, centrist Democrat.

Now Cynthia McKinney, SHE would make a kick-ass liberal president! If she were elected POTUS, the freeptards would LONG for someone moderate and centrist like Hillary.

"Real aMericans" were not impressed by that fancy-pants smooth-talker Kerry.

That phoney Kerry, he only won the debates by his high-falutin' book lernin, all French like, but he ain't got good sense like dubbya.

God told dubbya to strike Al Kada, and he did, rite in his lair in Iraq. Kerry would still be talkin his long winded speeches while that Osama Bin Hussain fella was launchin his WMD at the good 'ol US of A.

God has trully blessed us by puttin dubbya as President.

.... Hillary is about as left as I am purple. If these guys think Hillary is a leftist, there isn't a spot on the chart for me.

But the truth is, I'm moderate on many issues. It's just that Hillary isn't remotely left, she's too into triangulation to be left.

Which means this tool isn't right.

moderate reThuglican-lite is liberal as hell, so that anyone who is truly liberal or progressive can be immediately marginalized and ignored. God forbid that anyone would seriously LISTEN to someone like Dennis Kucinich or some WAY out freaky person like a GREEN or something, yikes...
No, better to convince people of the myth of the liberal media, and to demonize anyone who is only slightly to the right of center.

Fuckers.

Of course the delusional loonies are nothing but are a very small minority that is very vocal and very annoying. Elections after another have taught us that their votes are worthless and they have zero effect on the election results because Republicans have been winning the White House and Congress without any of their meaningless votes.
