It makes me mad when these men get up there and decide they know what it's like to be in a woman's body. I have never and would never choose abortion for myself, but I'll be darned if I would stand in the way of any other woman to have access to it as a safe and legal option.

funds from performing abortions. Says this gag order is on top of the Helm's Law.
Gag order prevents NGO's from using their own funds. They are different issues.
