against judges. Pointed out that legislation had been introduced in the budget to provide more protection for judges against violence. Lautenberg is there also.

1. Call it moral values ... |
|
...I'm against killing or maiming those who disagree with me. As usual Kennedy is the voice of sanity.

3. Cornyn really ought to go down for this. |

Arguing a justification for violence against judges. More moral thoughts from Ken Lay's favorite bench jockey.

Lautenberg has spoken out many times
Pelosi spoke out today
Evidently, you don't know that they and MANY other Dems are speaking the truth. And the reason you don't know is that the MSM is not covering their letters and remarks

This is what we need more of. The opposition party call these people for what they are, and pointing out what they are doing, which is trying to permanetly alter the fundamental structure of American government.
Although, Senator Lautenberg did not use the word theocracy, he came as close as one can without using the word. Much like some of the Dems did during the vote on the Terri Schiavo bill but saying, "we are a country of laws, not of men, which is to say, a dictator.

13. E-mail I sent to Senator Lautenberg today. |
|
Dear Senator Lautenberg
I was fortunate enough to catch your speech before the Senate today on judges and the animosity being created against them. It is refreshing to see members of the opposition party speaking frankly on these issues.
The current Republican lead White House and Congress is one of the most dangerous threats to our Republic, and yes America is a Republic, not a democracy, a fact which is no longer part of public discourse, that I have seen in now 50 years of living. And while I understand there is a certain protocol and diplomacy in politics which preclude the use of such words as theocrat and labeling such acts as the Terri Schiavo bill as unconstitutional, I think we are rapidly reaching a point where such decorum must be put aside. Put aside hopefully to resolve today’s schisms in America in a civilized manner before such resolution is no longer an option, a possibility that I do not perceive as being unrealistic.
In closing, I again with like to thank you for the forthrightness you displayed today in the U.S. Senate.
Sincerely,
Mr. xxxxxxx x. xxxxxxxxx
