I do not believe that Congress is representing the will of the American people. Thanks for posting this link!

4. Represented how I want to be?
No, I don't think they represent anyone but themselves, their investors and their special interest groups who's asses they are sucking.

6. i did not click on the link but i noticed that the poll comes from
CNN/LOU DOBBS.

The question, "Do you believe the officials you elected are adequately representing your views and interests" is too generic and Lou Dobbs can use and manipulate the results any way he wants to.

The question should have been:

a) Is your elected official a democrat or a republican?
check or click the appropriate answer.
O Democrat or 0 Republican

b) Do you believe that your elected official adequately represents your views".

Now that would have nailed down who is failing and who is not vis-avis a democrat or a republican.

The way Lou Dobbs has it (or it is reported in the post here) it is simply too generic and Lou Dobbs can attribute the negative answer to whoever (or is it whomever) he wants to.

8. Barbara Boxer represents me.
Feinstein does not. My Congresscritter is a vile repuke named Elton Gallegly who never met a chimp proposal he didn't like. He most definitely does not represent me, yet the idiot populice keeps re-electing him every time with over 60% of the vote.

10. He doesn't send me the surveys anymore.
Last time I got one, I returned it "addressee unknown" and told him to take me off his mailing list. I almost scrawled what I think of him across it, but decided not to risk a visit from law enforcement!

12. I stopped getting his surveys before 9/11
I never wrote anything threatening, I just told him what I thought, usually in essay form on his check the box forms.

Don't say that name to loud, he might hear you. Don't want the wrath of the CIA coming down on us. After all this is George Bu$he$ America now. His constitution guarantees us the right to say whatever he thinks we should say. He has his minions listening.

Lautenberg and Corzine are my Senators and Rush Holt is my Congressman. For the most part all pretty good as far as I'm concerned.

18. What do the Pubs say about Lou Dobbs?
I know he's a Pub, but he's really one of the good guys...the real Pubs from a long time ago who really bbelieved in smaller taxes, Capitalism with restraint, lower taxes, but everything for the best interest of the Country. Seems like most of those Pubs are gone, on in hiding somewhere.

I won't visit Freeperland, cause my blood pressure can't handle it, but do any on them even watch Lou anymore?

Someone makes up that 94%. Can I at least hope there are some honest, moderate Pubs left?

19. Related - because anyone who voted for the Bankruptcy
bill does not represent me - I sent my first credit card offer back today - stuffed with lots and lots of extra paper, since it is postage paid, with a BIG NOTE across the front of the application "NEVER - thanks for the new bankruptcy bill!!!"

If we ALL did this, they would stop mailing offers out to us.
