3. IMO, there needs to be "shocked outrage" for a petition to occur.
Unfortunately, Delay is such a well known thief, criminal and liar that even his own party is not shocked anymore by his unlawful behaviors.

7. Delay is doing the Democrats more good by staying
He's making the repubs look worse and worse every day. Keep Delay on for a while, I say.
