Poll question: How many Kerry-Edwards signs or bumper stickers do you see a week?
I still see many cars with Kerry/Edwards stickers...less signs in windows and yards, but still quite a few here in Madison, WI. If you see a lot still, say where you are.

14. I seem to see more every day. And most of them look "new???"
On an average, I'm noticing "Kerry"/"K/E" stickers on at least HALF the cars or SUV's that I pass daily. The cars all seem well cleaned and kept up, so it's not like they just left the stickers on out of neglect, or just forgot. It really feels like a statement.

Of course I lived in a Blue state, but still...

I'm also starting to see some odd variations: Yesterday I saw a "Christians for Kerry" bumper sticker, and today I saw a "Republican for Kerry" sticker. I swear I didn't see these variation stickers BEFORE the election. And certainly NOT a month ago. Once again, they look "new." (Maybe someone's dumping them on eBay!)

3. I couldn't give you an exact number, but there's still a lot of them here
...in Washington state. Bumper stickers that is. I don't think anyone still has their signs on the lawn. A lot of people around here still have their Dean & Kucinich stickers from the primaries for that matter. And every once in a while, you still see a Gore Lieberman from 2000. Hell, I even saw a Clinton-Gore '92 sticker on an older car last week.

5. Hardly any
Its very rare in my area of town(very republican) to
see any if at all. I went to the Election Reform Convention
this past weekend and saw many stickers on the cars in the
parking lot. I think it depends on the area. Most people
I know removed their stickers :(

20. Not where I am.
I'm north of Atlanta. I work in Marietta and live in Woodstock. Maybe I see one a month. Otherwise, it's all Bush stickers.

8. I wish I did--
Over there in Madison you are definitely in a progressive bubble. Here in Waukesha county I hardly see any. As a county we voted about 33% for Kerry/Edwards. And as unbelieveable as it sounds, we are the third most Dem county in Wisconsin! Go figure. You guys in Dane county and the ones in Milwaukee county are numbers 1 and 2.

9. I'm seeing more bumper stickers now than I saw during the election season
Unfortunately the parking lot at work has about ten times more W04 stickers than Kerry stickers. There are still a few huge Bush signs around as well.

I've been thinking of putting an anti-W sticker on my car but I don't think I want the extra attention of the nutjobs out there... I seem to be able to attract them easy enough without any political statements on my vehicle.

We transport cats for Siamese Rescue.

This past Saturday, I drove from Pittsburgh to Breezewood, PA to deliver a cat to a girl from Arlington, VA, who adopted it.

I was pleasantly surprised when I met the girl and saw she still had Kerry - Edwards bumper stickers on her car and signs still in the back window.

That cat's got a great new home!

11. I live in a working class area
of Albuquerque's near West Side, and travel to and from UNM several times a week.

I still see lots of Kerry/Edwards stickers, and of course my own is still in place, along with my Clark '04 sticker (soon to be replaced with Clark '08, of course).

19. Hello fellow Albuquerquen!
:hi: Yep, I still see them all the time when I'm driving (still have my sticker on as well). The closer I get to UNM, the more I see. Easily see 20+ in a week.

25. Hiya! Looks like we've got a lot of New Mexicans
on the DU.

BTW, whatever you do, try to stay out of the NE Heights. I had to go up there a few weeks ago (Juan Tabo and Candelaria) and all of a sudden there were W04 stickers everywhere. It was awful, I tell ya, just awful.

12. tons around detroit
I'm in a suburb, not the city itself. There are a lot combined with union stickers.

I was wearing an old Kerry shirt around the house the other day, thinking I wouldn't be going out - and then I went for a gallon of paint. The guy mixed my paint and immediately marked it down like it was one of the cans that was mixed wrong. I realized later it was most likely the shirt that prompted that discount.

In a week... none.
In three weeks, I might see one.
And they were all over the place before the election.

Though FWIW the stupid "W '04"'s have calmed down a bit as well.

And I'm not on the road as much as I used to be, so I don't do as much observing.

16. Lots in So Cal. 20+. Also am noticing more anti-Shrub bumper stickers
and am seeing "Regime Change begins at home" around as well.

Of course there area ton of fundamentalist Christian bumper stickers, but everyone once in a while you see a cool one like:

"Jesus would have used his turn signals."

(I happen to agree with that one on so many levels. :-) )

Until some freedom-loving Repuke peeled it off.

I'm contemplating getting a "Clark in 2008" sticker. They do make those, don't they?

29. Lots here in Portland Or
I took my K/E sticker off at the first of the year(replaced by a KPOJ sticker- our AAR affiliate here). But I am still struck by the number of K/E stickers I see. Granted our little slice of heaven is the blue-est of the blue.

What gets me is that there seem to be lots more K/E stickers now than there were Gore/Lieberman stickers at this point last go-round. This despite the fact that Everyone knows that Gore was robbed, and that Kerry really did lose(please don't flame me!).
